dell3 Dell Vostro 1500 has good battery life with the optional 9 cell battery. Nice clear screen. Very quiet, in fact almost silent even after leaving it on for a long time. Lots of features including a DVD burner, wireless connections 4 USB sockets and lots more! Superb value for money for a business laptop. Well built to withstand the rigors of daily use and a terrific spec for not a lot of money.

Dell about Dell Vostro 1500 Review:- Great computer. I ordered this computer with Windows XP because I had a Toshiba Laptop with Vista and I hated it. I liked the features of Vista but I don’t want to deal with problems that may occur. Excellent batttery life ordered the 9-cell battery. Does not seem to heavy to worry about packing around.

The only one problem I have is the keyboard is a little sluggish when typing. Other then that it is a great computer.

Pcpro about Dell Vostro 1500 Review:- The screen holds back the Vostro slightly. The 15.4in diagonal is spacious, but there’s little room for working, courtesy of its restrictive 1,280 x 800 resolution. Editing a small spreadsheet or a single document is fine, but dragging and dropping between a few applications becomes tedious: you simply can’t fit enough on the screen at once. Upgrading to a more practical 1,440 x 900 screen costs £40. The screen is at least bright, and viewing angles sufficient for presentations. dell5

Notebookreview about Dell Vostro 1500 Review:- The design of this system is rather spartan, but also very professional with the solid black styling. It’s not flashy like a high-end gaming laptop would be, but it doesn’t look bad to my eyes. The LEDs have a nice saturated blue color, though Dell was inconsistent in the styling. Several lights, including the battery level LEDs, the CD drive LED, and the “Wi-Fi Catcher” LED are green. In addition, the low battery light is an odd shade of hot pink, which fits with nothing else in the system. While this is by no means a major functional concern, I would have preferred the colors to be more consistent. I also dislike the hot pink color the battery light turns when the battery reaches a low level.
