Fujitsu LifeBook T2010 Reviews
Fujitsu comes with new LifeBook T2010 is powered by Intelcentrino Due processor technology.
Fujitsu LifeBook T2010 is as leek lightweight table pc, making it an ultimate notebook PC for professionals.
Fujitsu has announced that the LifeBook U810 UMPC and the ultra-portable LifeBook T2010 convertible notebooks have been upgraded to include a built-in cellular modem capable of accessing AT&T’s Broadband Connect High-Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) network. That means users can enjoy upload speeds between 500 Kbps and 800 Kbps and downloads between 600 to 1400 Kbps.
The newest, innovative LifeBook T2010 sports the latest Intel® Core 2 Duo Processor, a brilliant 12.1-inch wide active digitizer display with wide viewing angles, and a robust bi-directional hinge. Weighing approximately 3.5 lbs, with durable magnesium-alloy housing and extensive security features, the T2010 is perfect for users who desire a reliable, ultra-light yet powerful Tablet PC with all-day computing capability with the optional high-capacity battery to get your work done.
The single-hinge, 1280-by-800-pixel, 12.1-inch screen is latch less but stays nice and flat against the keyboard for taking notes. It’s reasonably bright and easy to read inside an office or outside in shade, but the antiglare coating is not quite enough to stand up to direct sunlight. Writing on the screen is a snap, and light taps are all that’s needed to register choices. After a while, though, I found myself wishing that the stylus were the round, spring-loaded type, which is easier to remove and return to a pen holder than the T2010’s stylus with projecting side clip.

Reviews:-
# Tabletpcreview Reviews:- The T2010 is Fujitsu’s latest soldier in its mobile space army. The sleek black tablet doesn’t have an optical drive, which is a departure from the tried and true 42xx platform, but in the ultra-light arena optical access is usually omitted. I definitely have a triumvirate of firsts going here (first laptop, tablet and Fujitsu product), but upon unwrapping the well packaged device, I felt right at home.
# Hardwarecentra Reviews:- Frankly, that’s still too much to carry under an arm all day, but Fujitsu’s trimming a pound or two pays off with a noticeable increase in comfort for shorter stints. That’s true both in your hands — where the 8.8 by 11.9 by 1.4-inch convertible offers helpful features such as automatically rotating the display from horizontal to vertical when you switch to tablet mode — and in your briefcase — where the LifeBook and its AC adapter together equal a modest 4.4 pounds.
So what are the tradeoffs? Probably the biggest is the lack of a built-in optical drive; if you want a DVD burner, you’ll have to pay $279 for a USB 2.0 external unit (or $459 for a DVD±RW docking station that also provides VGA and DVI outputs, LAN pass-through, and four USB ports).
# Pcworld Reviews:- The T2010’s roaming range will expand early next year when Fujitsu integrates mobile broadband as an extra-cost option. For people worried about durability, a 32GB solid-state hard drive, which has no moving parts, is available for $519. But as it stands, you can’t beat this ultra portable’s Herculean battery life
# Laptopmag Reviews:- Like too many convertibles over the years, the Fujitsu LifeBook T2010 Tablet PC provides users with a stronger ultra portable laptop experience than it does a tablet experience. Serious stylus jockeys will want to give this one a thorough test drive to see if they find the Tablet mode flaws unforgivable. But if you need a powerful and very usable lightweight notebook, with occasional tablet use, then this is a good choice.
