fuji1The Fujitsu LifeBook U810 mini notebook is part of the second wave of UMPCs running on Intel’s new energy-efficient Ultra Mobile Platform. It was a significant occasion not only because it marked Fujitsu’s entrance into the hand held PC market, but also because the Vista-based unit lacked two of the most highly criticized characteristics of previous devices: high price and short battery life.

Fujitsu LifeBook U810 Laptop Reviews:-

Reviews.cnet about Fujitsu LifeBook U810 Laptop Review:- A VERY nice unexpected feature for me is the ‘Sleep’ mode of Vista that is supposedly a combination of Standby and Hibernate in previous Windows versions. This removes the boot process almost entirely, and combined with the fingerprint login, I can simply open the device, swipe my finger, and be back on, usually within 10 to 20 seconds. To me, this is a big advantage over normal login process because of small keyboard that requires looking at the keyboard even as a touch typist.

Tech.yahoo about Fujitsu LifeBook U810 Laptop Review:- I bought this little thing because I waited too long for the asus pc and finally get tired waiting for it. but this notebook does not worth the money at all. The system runs very slow, and no way to boom up the speed, at the price of 1100, there is nothing to talk about nor excite about despite the camera and finger print recognizer (which is not very useful anyway). The screen is too small to see, although the resolution is quite nice, but if you adjust it to the highest resolution it would kill your eyes, and worst thing is the overall product design, its so ugly!!! could not stand it! A week later I returned this thing to Fujitsu.fuji12

Notebookreview about Fujitsu LifeBook U810 Laptop Review:- The U810 is a solid little tablet. The chassis is sturdy and I didn’t notice any flex. The mini-keyboard has a little flex, which reminded me of the LifeBook T2010. After a while though you wouldn’t want to type on this keyboard because it really is too small. Fujitsu planned out every inch of this design. There is a pointing stick on the right corner and the mouse buttons on the left, just in case you don’t want to use the pen or touchscreen.
