ftyThe HP Compaq 6515b notebook computer offers enterprise-level features and decent performance at a price that’s friendly to small business.HP’s Compaq 6515b offers the greatest portability. It’s also the most business-savvy notebook in the group, with numerous wireless options, a large assortment of security and IT tools, and even Windows Vista Business. However, this all-work-no-play approach carries over into the 6515b’s design, which is staid and uninspiring.

HP Compaq Laptop Reviews:-

# HP Compaq 6515b Review is take from Reviews.cnet :- The HP Compaq 6515b has everything a mobile worker will need, starting with four-pin FireWire, S-Video, VGA, and four USB 2.0 ports (two on each side of the laptop to prevent cord crowding), plus headphone and microphone jacks. There’s also a connector for the company’s docking stations, which range in price from $189 to $399. Expansion options include a Type I/II PC Card slot and a media card reader that recognizes Secure Digital, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, MultiMedia Card, and xD formats; a built-in DVD burner lets you create disc backups of all your data. About the only thing lacking is a slot for the latest

# HP Compaq 6515b Review is take from Reviewzine :- Although it’s one of the fastest AMD processors I’ve reviewed so far, it’s still no match for systems such as the Gateway NX570X, which loads a midrange 2-GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 processor. Intel clearly has the dominant mobile-processor line when it comes to performance. Subjectively, it took a while to load Vista Business and all of HPs applications during start-up.The HP Compaq 6515b is a business laptop with plenty of wireless features, but competition from Lenovo and Gateway makes it a tough sell.

# HP Compaq 6515b Review is take from Networkcomputing :- The 6515b comes equipped with a 1.6GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 120GB hard drive. And like the Aspire, the weak link in that chain is the RAM, a chunk of which gets shared with the ATI Radeon Xpress 1270 graphics subsystem. Although that’s a much more powerful solution than the NX570X’s wimpy, integrated Intel chip, its memory theft hobbles the rest of the system. The 6515b is slow to boot, even slower to shut down, and a bit laggy overall.                                                                               lkoi

# HP Compaq 6515b Review is take from Pcmag :- The 14-inch widescreen is still portable, and it doesn’t impede productivity. For those who need more viewing space, HP also announced the Compaq 6715b, which offers a 15.4-inch widescreen that will let you have multiple windows open side by side. HP gives you the option of adding its BrightView screen to either model for that glossy feel, though for most business users, a matte-finish screen is probably best for minimizing glare. Widescreens aren’t for everyone, though. The ThinkPad T60p incorporates a standard screen on its chassis, and you get to choose between a 1,024-by-768 or 1,400-by-1,050 resolution when you order the system.

# HP Compaq 6515b Review is take from Fastrackcomputing :- The build of the 6510b is mostly plastic. The plastic is thick though, so you still get decent protection. It’s not as rugged as say a ThinkPad, but there are no major flexing issues with the chassis. The keyboard is very firm with no major flexing issues. There’s a latch to hold the lid down firmly, again it is made of plastic though does its job. The hinges of the screen are just right, sturdy enough so you don’t get screen wobble yet not so rigid that you can’t open the screen with just one hand.

# HP Compaq 6515b Review is take from  Notebookreview:- There’s not a lot more to say about the look and build of the 6515b, though I might add that during two weeks of use, I was repeatedly impressed by the overall strength of the notebook. Everything, from the palm rests to the hinges, seem to have been designed to last, whether the notebook is sitting on a desk or flying around the country, and there is virtually no flex in anything. The one downside to all this strength and solidness is portability: the 6515b is slightly thicker and heavier than some other 14.1” business notebooks, such as the aforementioned nc6400.
