Notebookreview.com about HP Pavilion dv6105us Laptop Review:- So many problems. The graphics card is not working correctly. It goes to the dreaded blue screen quite often and I cannot figure out why. About a month ago, it “failed to come out of hibernation” and has been acting funny ever since. It now takes about 15 minutes to start up. Just recently it has started to crash when I’m watching video. The screen either goes black or shows some crazy pattern and the audio sounds like a skipping cd, and I’m forced to hold the power button until it shuts down. The tech support people are awful. I’ve been lucky enough to speak with English speaking Americans when I’ve called but they pretty much just told me to reboot. When that didn’t work, they told me to send it in. I can’t afford to be without my computer for 3 weeks so I haven’t. Besides, they told me that they’ll probably just wipe it clean and I’ll have to re-install everything. I can do that myself. Don’t buy one. If you just got one, take it back. Never buy hp. Two of my roommates also have hp pavillions and they’ve had major problems as well.
